First thanks to everyone who is up and able to answer. I have many people who say that pizza hut had the responsibility of checking to make sure her insurance was valid. If they didn't then the way I see it they are responsible. I know why the drivers insurance should be responsible, however, she failed to tell them about what she did for a living. Then pizza hut failed to verify her insurance. Now my mother is out of work and laid up in bed for at least 6 weeks and my daughter wont go in public from the burns to her face from the air bag deployment. Sad really. What makes this even worse is I went onto public records to check this girl out and what I found sent flames. She was cited at the incident for running the stop sign and no registration. Wait, the police didn't tell me about the registration. I figure she couldn't find it so that will be cleared. However, a year ago she ran a stop sign and took the drivers course. She didn't learn did she.

I lived in a great 1 bedroom apartment with my fiance a few years ago in Myrtle Beach for only $550 per month. It was very clean, very quiet, very safe and within walking distance from the ocean. We're looking for a studio basically anywhere in the United States but they're all running for around $600 as far as I can tell, which is ridiculous for something so much smaller than a 1 bedroom. Im a 16 year old guy who will soon get his drivers license, but quite frankly im not too thrilled about being able to drive. I love driving and all, but i really enjoy riding a bike. I used to ride motocross too. I had a kx100 until my parents had to sell them because of their divorce. I used to ride with my dad on his ninja zx11, and i had the best time on it. He always told me insurance would be sky high for someone my age if i were to have, say, a cbr 600f4 or something similar( i dont want a 1000, not now). Insurance wants to total my car?

We got rear ended couple of days ago, some bumper damage and chipped paint. According to the repair shop there is no internal or inside damage to it. Nether the less it would cost about $1000-1500 to fix it (bumper would be replaced). I have 1995 Toyota Corolla DX, and it drives great. I really love it, and didn't plan on getting rid of it. The garage is saying that once we submit the claim, chances are Very high that the insurance company would just total it, because the car is old and has 277.xxx miles on it. We wouldn't get a lot for it, not enough to buy another car for sure. And to drive it with the cracked/dented bumper I don't want either. What to do so insurance will not to total it? We just have done some work to it, and all that money would be wasted too! I'm so lost!!!
